Month of Coordination
For the couple who has fully planned their wedding but needs someone to see it through and make sure the wedding day goes smoothly.
Leading up to the wedding:
Around 2-3 months before your wedding day, I will contact you to begin the coordinating process which includes: Coordinating final details, assisting with ordering any final decor items, 30-day venue walk-through, timeline creation and distribution to vendors and bridal party, vendor communication, overseeing/organizing the rehearsal, and pickup of any personal decor for the wedding day.
On the wedding day:
Wedding decor setup includes favors, menus, signage, guest book, table decor, and any other miscellaneous items. Vendor management includes ensuring all vendors arrive on time, overseeing setup, and keeping all vendors on track throughout the wedding. I will also manage the timeline to ensure your wedding day goes smoothly. When you make your exit, I will ensure everything is cleaned up, broken down, and the decor is distributed back at the end of the day.

Partial Planning
​For the couple who has some of their wedding planned, but needs assistance booking the last few vendors.
Everything included in the month of coordination package as well as:
-Unlimited communication
-Unlimited recommendations
-Booking up to 4 vendors
-Assist with color scheme selection
-Assist with curating decor

Full-Service Planning
​For the couple who would like their wedding planned from start to finish.
Everything in the month of coordination package AND partial planning package as well as:
-Assist with venue selection
-Unlimited vendor bookings
-Handling logistics including transportation and accommodations
-Overseeing all planning stages from concept to execution
-Assisting with designing/mailing save the dates and wedding invitations
-Vendor communication
-Assist with seating chart
-Assist with floral selection and design
-Assist with sourcing stationery such as signage, menus, etc.
-Help with creating overall design, theme, and layout
